Overview
To ensure consistency, security, and vendor compliance, we have updated our policy regarding gift cards and incentives that have already been claimed and delivered.
Policy Update
Effective immediately, we are no longer able to process voids, cancellations, or returns for any gift cards or incentives that meet the following criteria:
- The reward has been claimed by the recipient, and
- The reward has been successfully delivered (via email, digital fulfillment, or physical shipment)
Why This Policy Exists
Once a gift card or incentive has been claimed and delivered:
- It is considered finalized and accessible to the recipient
- We are unable to guarantee the value has not been used or accessed
- Our fulfillment partners do not allow reversals after delivery
This policy helps protect against fraud, misuse, and financial discrepancies.
What Can Be Modified or Cancelled
We can assist with changes in the following scenarios:
- Rewards that are still pending and have not been claimed
- Orders that have been submitted but not yet processed or fulfilled
