TruCentive is committed to making our platform usable by the widest possible range of people, including those who rely on assistive technology
Our Standard
We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and with applicable Section 508 requirements.
Conformance Status
TruCentive maintains a current Accessibility Conformance Report based on the VPAT 2.5Rev template, covering WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 at Levels A and AA for the TruCentive platform. Across the assessed success criteria, the platform substantially conforms. Where a criterion is only partially supported, it is identified in the report together with our remediation position. We publish the full report rather than a summary, because institutional customers need the detail. To request the current report, email accessibility@trucentive.com.
Scope
This statement covers the content and interfaces TruCentive designs and controls at trucentive.com and app.trucentive.com. Our platform may present content originating from third parties, including payment providers and merchant catalogs. We do not control how those parties build their content. We select providers with accessibility in mind, and we raise issues with them where our customers or recipients encounter barriers.
How We Test
We evaluate accessibility using a combination of automated scanning, manual testing and expert review. Reviews are conducted periodically and following significant releases, and the results inform our remediation planning.
Ongoing Work
Accessibility is continuous rather than a finished state. Where content does not yet meet our target, we prioritize remediation based on the impact on users, how frequently the feature is used, and technical feasibility.
Alternative Formats and Accommodations
If you need information in an alternative format, or a reasonable accommodation to access any TruCentive content or service, contact us. We will respond promptly and work with you to provide access.
Feedback
We want to hear about barriers you encounter. Email: accessibility@trucentive.com Please include the page or feature involved, a description of the problem, and the assistive technology and browser you were using, if applicable. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days.
Agreements
Where TruCentive has entered into a written agreement containing accessibility commitments, warranties or service
levels, the terms of that agreement govern and take precedence over this statement.
