Why TruCentive is different

Correct. Neither Free Delivery nor Pay as You Go has a monthly or annual subscription fee. You pay only when you send — a delivery fee on Pay as You Go, or nothing on Free Delivery.

Use our pricing calculator to enter your number of deliveries, average incentive value, and estimated claim rate. The calculator shows your total program cost on each plan side by side, including the net cost after unclaimed funds are returned on Pay as You Go.

A delivery is only counted as claimed when the actual recipient opens the delivery and selects their reward. Unlike other platforms, we do not count a delivery as claimed simply because it arrived in an email system or inbox.

You set the expiration period for each project. Once that period is reached and a delivery has not been claimed, the full value is automatically returned to your TruCentive account balance. No requests, no waiting.

Yes. Free Delivery includes up to 2 reminder emails per delivery. Most other platforms either charge for reminders or don’t offer them at all. Reminders meaningfully increase claim rates, which is why we include them on every plan.
