As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure, ethical, and compliant workplace, TruCentive encourages all employees, contractors, and partners to report any suspected violations of security policies, data protection standards, or unlawful or unethical behavior.

Reporting Mechanism
Concerns may be reported confidentially through the following channels:

  • To the Information Security Officer or Compliance Officer

Protection from Retaliation
TruCentive strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, reports a security concern or policy violation. Retaliatory actions may result in disciplinary measures, up to and including termination of employment.

Scope of Reportable Issues
You are encouraged to report any concerns related to:

  • Data breaches or unauthorized access to sensitive information

  • Insider threats or misuse of internal systems

  • Violations of cybersecurity protocols or physical security procedures

  • Suspected fraud, coercion, or unethical conduct related to security

Confidentiality
All reports will be handled with the utmost discretion. The identity of the whistleblower will be kept confidential to the fullest extent possible, consistent with the need to conduct an adequate investigation.

Non-Compliance
Failure to report known security incidents or violations may be considered a breach of policy and subject to disciplinary action.
