Measures to Support Accessibility

TruCentive Inc. takes the following measures to support and enhance the accessibility of the TruCentive App:

  • Embedding accessibility requirements into our internal policies and product development processes.
  • Integrating accessibility standards into our procurement and technology decisions.
  • Appointing an Accessibility Officer to guide and oversee accessibility initiatives.
  • Providing ongoing accessibility training for our design, development, and support teams.
  • Setting clear accessibility goals and assigning responsibility for achieving them.
  • Conducting regular accessibility audits and usability testing, including sessions with users who rely on assistive technologies.
  • Incorporating accessibility checks into our software quality assurance processes and release cycles.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for improving digital accessibility for people with disabilities. These guidelines offer three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. TruCentive strives to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards within the TruCentive App.

Current Status:
The TruCentive App is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This means that while many aspects of the app meet accessibility standards, there may still be areas where full conformance has not yet been achieved. We are continuously working to improve these areas as part of our ongoing product development efforts.

TruCentive Inc. is committed to ongoing accessibility improvements. As technology and accessibility standards evolve, we will continue to enhance the TruCentive App to ensure it remains inclusive and usable for all users. We actively seek feedback and engage with accessibility experts to ensure our app reflects best practices in accessible design.
